- В сентябре 2006 на съёмках очередного эпизода телешоу Ричард Хаммонд попал в автомобильную аварию. По сценарию шоу Хаммонд проводил испытание автомобиля на реактивной тяге «Вампир», который теоретически способен передвигаться со скоростью 311 миль/ч (500 км/ч). 20 сентября 2006 года его автомобиль на скорости 322 миль/ч (518 км/ч) вылетел с взлетно-посадочной полосы, перевернулся и пролетел по газону немалое расстояние. Причина аварии — передняя правая покрышка не выдержала скорости и взорвалась.
- Джеймс Мэй вместе с Кларксоном и исландской командой поддержки были первыми людьми, которым удалось достичь северного полюса на специально оборудованном автомобиле (Toyota Hilux).
- Личность Стига была окончательно раскрыта в начале сентября 2010. Им оказался Британский гонщик Формулы 3 Бен Коллинз.
