После того как два персонажа впервые появились в пилотном выпуске 1976 года под названием Kuťáci (Мастера), выпущенном студией Krátký film Prague, сериал был принят детским отделом ČST Bratislava, где он получил название ... a je to! (... и готово!). Первый сезон выходил с 1979 по 1985 год и состоял из 28 эпизодов.
