Миром, опустошенным затяжным глобальным конфликтом, правит Генеральное агентство управления из огромного города Олимп. Этим Агентством руководят биороиды — клоны-гибриды людей, созданные из генов лучших и умнейших.

Бывший офицер спецназа Лос-Анджелеса Дюнан Кнут и её напарник-киборг Бриареос становятся жителями Олимпа после того, как их вербует ES.W.A.T. — специальный контртеррористический отдел Глобальной полиции.

Одна из террористических групп, с которой они борются, — Фронт освобождения людей, который напал на Олимп в разгар запуска программы «Ковчег», плана по передаче будущего человечества биороидам.

Однако последующие расследования покажут, что кто-то другой манипулировал Фронтом из закулисья.
