Первый сезон «Холмов», американского реалити-шоу, состоит из 10 эпизодов и транслировался на MTV. Он выходил в эфир с 31 мая 2006 года по 2 августа 2006 года. Сезон снимался преимущественно в Лос-Анджелесе, Калифорния, с дополнительными кадрами из Нью-Йорка. Исполнительным продюсером была Лиз Гейтли.

«Холмы» фокусируются на жизни Лорен Конрад, Одрины Пэтридж, Уитни Порт и Хайди Монтаг. В течение сезона Конрад переезжает из Лагуна-Бич в Лос-Анджелес. В сопровождении своей лучшей подруги и соседки по дому Монтаг, они обе посещают Институт моды, дизайна и мерчандайзинга, хотя последняя оставила колледж после того, как получила работу в Bolthouse Productions. Конрад заводит дружбу с Порт во время стажировки в Teen Vogue, а Монтаг сближается с Пэтридж, узнав, что та живет в их доме.
