В шестом сезоне «Moordvrouw» члены команды знакомятся с Дрисом ван Зейверденом, новым руководителем группы, который производит на всех приятное первое впечатление. Кроме как на Фенну. Вскоре у неё возникает подозрение, что ван Зейверден что-то скрывает, и, поскольку он не хочет ничего рассказывать, она начинает собственное расследование. Тем временем Фенна, Эверт и Лизелотте работают над различными делами. Они сталкиваются с масштабным мошенничеством в высшем обществе и эксплуатацией польских рабочих. Им предстоит иметь дело с драматическими последствиями оправдания спасателя, который по неосторожности утопил маленького мальчика. Они вступают в схватку с влогером, который может быть причастен к двойному убийству. Также они сталкиваются с опасностями онлайн-знакомств и коррупцией в органах юстиции. Саманта снова готова строить козни. В этом сезоне она работает во внутреннем отделе и не упускает возможности извести членов команды. Наконец, появляется кто-то, кто, похоже, следит за Фенной и оставляет ей странные письма. Кто этот сталкер?
