В этом сезоне «Ледяные дороги» отправляются в отдаленные поселения Инувик и Туктояктукс, что более чем на 100 миль севернее Северного полярного круга. Два клиента, исследовательский проект Mallik Gas Hydrate и компания MGM Energy, полагаются на короткий сезон ледяных дорог как на единственный источник снабжения своих энергетических предприятий.
