Милк-тян — девушка, которая живет в доме, прилепленном к стене здания, вместе со своими двумя помощниками: Тэцу-ко, параноидальным роботом, похожим на бутылку, и Ханагэ, зеленым сгустком с усами.

Милк бедна и не может платить за аренду, особенно после того, как её попытка вымогательства у местной семьи муравьев провалилась. Однако её спасает сам президент, который предлагает ей работу (своего рода секретную миссию). Отвечая на телефонный звонок, чтобы получить задание от Президента, Милк-тян говорит что-то вроде: «Алло, Банк Хоккайдо. Шучу!»

Получив задание, Милк-тян и её помощники отправляются в путь на вертолете «Милк-6». Я говорил вам, что это пародия на шпионские триллеры 1970-х или фильмы в духе Бонда?
