Шестой и финальный сезон начинается сразу после того, как Мэтт Ролофф упал в обморок в своем домашнем офисе. Этот инцидент заставляет Мэтта задуматься о своем здоровье и вдохновляет как Мэтта, так и Эми — правда, по-разному: Эми начинает работать с персональным тренером, а Мэтт идет на большой риск, прыгая с парашютом вместе с Джереми.
